SoCalWizards provides quick and expert full-service solutions for technology needs, including home theater installations, computer support and repairs, and integration of home technologies, such as home networking, gaming, and entertainment devices.  SoCalWizards provides in-home and in-business service. Remote assistance is available nationwide. On-site service is available in Southern California.

Does SoCalWizards offer business service contracts?
Yes! We offer a full range of business services. Think of SoCalWizards as your own personal network operations, without the full time cost of an on site employee. We will cater our services to your needs. We can setup and maintain your network and also on other aspects of your computers needs.

What are remote assistance services?
Remote services is a service where a trained technician will securely connect through your high-speed DSL or cable modem and fix your connection from our office. This secure connection will allow our technician to fix any software related problems without having to visit your home or office. Instructions will be given to you prior to your appointment time. Do you have educational services?
Yes! We offer full educational classes at your home or office. We offer services from teaching you how to get the most out of your mp3 music player (like the iPod) or how to set up and make the most of your digital camera to teaching you how to set up a local network, SoCalWizards can help you! Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes! We can service your computer at your home or business or through remote assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please see our services page for more details. Request
on-site service or remote assistance service. Please note that additional charges may apply for service outside of our normal business hours.

Do you guarantee your service?
Yes! If we come to your home or business and we cannot complete the service requested, you will not be charged any amount! Our in-home and business services come with a standard 30 day warranty period. Our remote services come with a 7 day warranty. If you have any problems, call us at 888-570-9249 or send an email to CustomerSupport@SoCalWizards.com and we will resolve your issue right away.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment one of four ways:

What do I do before a tech visits my home or business?
A person age 18 years or over needs to be present at the time of service and for the duration of the service provided.
Our service technician must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space, and electrical power.

What if I need specific hardware and/or software?
We will purchase the software and/or hardware and deliver it to you free of charge. You just pay for the retail price of the item.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express. We also accept personal and business checks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash.
